Economic self-sufficiency

The Indigenous Incubator supports Indigenous individuals in achieving economic self-sufficiency and reduce dependence on outside sources of income by supporting the acquisition of businesses and educating the youth in skilled trades and business ownership.

Job creation

The Indigenous Incubator buys Baby Boomer construction businesses and then trains Indigenous youth, under the mentorship of the Baby Boomer Journeyman, to become experts in their field. This will create jobs for Indigenous Peoples promoting economic growth and self determination.

Community development

The development of successful Indigenous businesses through our incubator program can help spur community development by providing goods and services to the community, contributing to the tax base, and creating local prosperity.

Leadership development

An Indigenous incubator that provides training in business acumen and ownership can help develop leadership skills within Indigenous communities, empowering individuals to take on leadership roles in business and other areas.
